Mar a tha sinn a’ sreap ri deireadh 2024, bidh sinn a’ coimhead air ais air bliadhna iongantach.
Còmhla, tha sinn air na ciad cheumannan a ghabhail ann a bhith stèidheachadh Cultarlann Inbhir Nis mar ionad cultarach agus àite cruinneachaidh do choimhearsnachd na Gàidhlig ann an Inbhir Nis. Cha bhiodh seo air a dhèanamh às aonais an creideas agus taic bho tòrr dhaoine.
Bu mhath leinn taing mhòr a thoirt dha a h-uile duine a tha air taic a chur thugainn ann an diofar dhòighean le bhith a’ cur ris na Crowdfunders againn, a’ toirt seachad ùine gu saor-thoileach, a’ cuideachadh aig na diofar tachartasan againn agus a’ tighinn ann!
Mòran taing cuideachd dha na buidhnean a leanas: Iomairt na Gàidhealtachd ‘s nan Eilean, Maoin Mathas Coitcheann Inbhir Nis, Comhairle na Gàidhealtachd, First Port, Maoin Dualchais Ailtireachd, Duaisean a’ Chrannchuir Nàiseanta dha na h-Uile, Inverness City Heritage Trust, Maoin Ath-nuadhachadh Coimhearsnachd, Riaghaltas na h-Alba, Bòrd na Gàidhlig, Comunn Gàidhlig Inbhir Nis agus an William Syson Foundation.
Aig tòiseach 2025 bidh obair càraidh riatanach a’ dol air adhart air taobh a-muigh an togalaich a’ dèanamh cinnteach nach faigh uisge no gaoth a-staigh. Tha seo a’ ciallachadh gum bi an togalach dùinte airson ùine ghoirid aig toiseach na bliadhna.
Ach tha sinn an dùil cumail oirnn a’ cumail tachartasan Cofaidh, Ceòl is Cabadaich ann an togalach eile.
Nuair a bhios an obair riatanach seo deiseil, tha sinn a’ coimhead air adhart ri gluasad gu 2025 le prògram ùr de thachartasan.
Tha sinn a’ toirt taing dhuibh airson a bhith mar phàirt den turas iongantach seo agus tha sinn a’ coimhead air adhart ri bhith faicinn a h-uile duine a-rithist ann an 2025.
Mòran taing agus Bliadhna Mhath Ùr dhuibh uile.

As we near the end of 2024, we look back over a remarkable year.
Together we have taken the first steps in establishing Cultarlann Inbhir Nis as a cultural centre and gathering place for the Gaelic community in Inverness. This journey has only been possible due to the belief and support of a very large number of people.
We would like to express our huge gratitude to all those who have got us to this place, to all the people who contributed to our Crowdfunders, to everyone who has volunteered their time and helped out at our various activities, to everyone who has come along and taken part in our events and shown their support in so many ways.
A huge thank you also to the following organisations whose backing has been essential in getting us to this stage: Highlands and Islands Enterprise, Inverness Common Good Fund, Highland Council, First Port, Architectural Heritage Fund, National Lottery Awards For All, Inverness City Heritage Trust, Community Regeneration Fund, The Scottish Government, Bòrd na Gàidhlig, The Gaelic Society of Inverness and the William Syson Foundation.
The beginning of 2025 will see us begin work on the essential repairs of the outer fabric of the building ensuring that it will be better insulated as well as wind and watertight for the future. This necessary work will mean that the building will be closed for a short period of time at the start of the year.
We do however intend to continue to hold pop-up Cofaidh, Ceòl is Cabadaich events using an alternative venue.
On completion of this phase of the work, we look forward to moving into 2025 with an exciting programme of events.
We thank you for being part of this extraordinary journey and look forward to seeing everyone again in 2025. Many thanks and a Happy New Year to you all.
